A Fascinating Play

The Last Days of Judas Iscariot is a very interesting play about what may have happened following the death of Judas Iscariot, the apostle who betrayed Jesus Christ. The first act is expertly written, and the second act, while it starts slow, finishes with a very strong climax between Judas and Jesus.
The play is also very funny, which surprised me. The humor was dark, but it made the play all the more powerful. I recommend this play to anyone who loves contemporary American drama.

Very Interesting play!

I love looking at the other side of the story. This play gives Judas's side of the last days of Jesus's life, but does it in a fun way, a trial in purgatory. If you are terribly religious and are scared to have your perceptions changed move along, but if you are open minded you should check it out.
Bonus it was originally directed by Phillip Seymour Hoffman
