I didn't think I was good at accounting

This textbook is really easy to understand and has actually made me like my MBA financial accounting class. The real world company examples help you understand WHY you do things, going way beyond the mechanics of accounting. The author typically defines a term then restates the definition in plain language which is also really helpful. My undergrad accounting book made me fall asleep while I was reading it, but this book keeps me engaged and I don't mind the hours of studying.

This is a terriffic textbook. It is well-organized and for those of us who are interested in business aspects, the writers provide clear, current examples to keep our interest alive and meaningful. What's more, throughout the book, you have the distinct understanding that ethics is common practice. There are no strategic ways as far as preparing reports with facts. The writers delve into conceptual reasoning and my teacher was right in line with it, emphasising not to give up, to keep practicing the principles and if it doesn't "click" right away, it will with practice. This is an excellent study book with terminology and notes. No one should have a problem learning this subject matter, as long as they put the time in to do it.

Dr. Levi received his MD degree in 1986 from the University of Ottawa and completed his residency in 1995 at the University of Toronto. Some flaws in formatting makes this book difficult to use

I'm really glad this was free with my Kindle Unlimited as I would have been disappointed if I had purchased it. First off, the author writes like English is not his first language or else the book was very poorly edited. This makes following and understanding some of his instructions a bit of a challenge. Secondly, I wish this had actually been split into two different books. Right now the first half of the book includes recipes for a traditional stove top pressure cooker and the second half has recipes specific to the Instant Pot. With the Kindle format, this makes the table of contents very cumbersome as you have to scroll through 250 recipes before reaching the section for Instant Pot.

I'm sure I will try some of the recipes but when I have to return a "borrowed" book before I can get something new from Kindle Unlimited, this will be the first to go.

A great Cookbook my new go to book.

I have purchased other cookbooks from Jamie Stewart. I was not disappointed with Top 500 Pressure Cooker and Instant Pot. I had received an Instant Pot for the holidays and had not been using it to its full use. After reading and going over the items in the book, I have gone out and purchased the things I need to try some of the great looking recipes. I have tried a couple and think they are great, ​and the speed in which they can be cooked is great. I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking to have a good reference book or cookbook for their Pressure Cooker.

Great Cookbook!

I have been looking for a pressure cooker cookbook recently and I came across this one. I think it’s great! I like a lot of the recipes and I’m pretty excited to try them out. One problem I seem to have with other books is that some of the ingredients are not very common in other recipes I use but that is not the case here. There are a lot of useful tips in the book and they come in handy, especially if you do not have a lot of experience with a pressure cooker. It goes above and beyond, I highly recommend it!

Excellent basic Ultrasound book for ICU. You will still need hands on practice but it will cut your learning time if you read it before hand and then again once you go through a course. Dr. Mayo's course through the ACP is an excellent one.

This is an interesting book written more for enthusiasts than purists. The prose evokes the author's personality vividly. The quirks make it memorable. Of the few chapters in which I have some experience, the information is spot on- illustrating a transcontinental objectivity that is as convincing as the data.

About the Author
Raphael Lyne is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Murray Edwards College. He is the author of Ovid's Changing Worlds: English Metamorphoses, 1567-1632 (2001) and Shakespeare's Late Work (2007), as well as the editor (with Subha Mukherji) of Early Modern Tragicomedy (2007).
